How can I get access to my profile?

In most cases, you can access your profile by clicking "claim profile" at the bottom of the page.

The best way to gain access to a Clutch profile depends on whether someone in your company has ever claimed or built your Clutch profile. In most cases, you can:

Claim My Clutch Profile

If you have never received unique login credentials from Clutch, you can click the "claim profile" button at the bottom of the profile page.

  1. Sign in with LinkedIn and complete the form
  2. A Clutch analyst will connect your personal username with your company's profile
  3. You'll receive an email letting you know that your user account is connected and you can now edit the profile

Change the Admin Users for My Clutch Profile

If no "claim profile" button appears on your company's profile, it's likely that another member of your team already has access to your profile.

If you're unsure, reach out to your Clutch analyst to:

  • Ask who has administrative access
  • Request administrative access for a specific individual (including the individual's email address)

To help facilitate this process, please CC the individual already attached to your Clutch profile when asking to update administrative access.

Should I use my personal LinkedIn account to claim my Clutch profile?

Yes. A Clutch analyst will use LinkedIn to verify that you work for the company whose profile you are claiming.

Will my personal information be used publicly on Clutch?

No. Your LinkedIn account is used for logging in only, and no information from your LinkedIn account will appear publicly on Clutch.

Can more than one person at my company have access to our Clutch profile?

You can only have one username and password, which you can share with other employees so they can access and make edits to the profile.
