We encourage a single employee from a company to leave a review. If there is significant new progress in the project or changes in the relationship, we encourage clients to update their original review.
We typically allow only one review of a service provider per client company. If significant additional work is completed on a project after the first review is published, the review can be updated. We update reviews only if there has been significant progress in the project or if there’s been significant changes in the relationship.
For clients of larger, enterprise companies, we allow multiple reviews as long as each reviewer is from a different department or team due to that long-term nature of the projects.
