How can I respond to negative reviews?

What are my options if my company receives a negative review?

When a negative review is published to your profile, your Clutch account manager will notify you via email. You will be given the option to submit a response that is published under the original review. Please limit your response to 250 words and send it to reviews@clutch.co

Can I push a negative review to the bottom of the review queue?

Negative reviews are processed the same way as all reviews, according to recency and relevance to the potential buyers. 

I don’t agree with the review my client left. What do I do?
