      Responding to or passing on Project Briefs that appear in your Project Inquiries is important for 4 main reasons.

      1. Staying on top of new project messages helps you maintain or improve your responsiveness score on Clutch. Prospects expect to hear back from you within 24-48 hours.
      2. You can pass on Project Briefs you’re not interested in, and Clutch will send a message to the prospect automatically. As a result, passing or closing out a project is the same as responding.
      3. You can provide feedback about Project Briefs you’re not interested in, which helps Clutch improve leads we send to your company.
