Members of Clutch's Customer Operations team and our trained partner team conduct every review call.

If you're leaving an over the phone review during our working hours, you will speak with a member of the Clutch Operations team. They will be familiar with the company you're reviewing.
If you'd like to leave an over the phone review outside of the hours our office is open, we have a trained auxiliary team that will collect your review.
