What updates were made to Clutch directories in July 2024?
In July 2024, we released a new design to our directory pages following extensive internal user experience testing and feedback collection.
These updated directories are designed to increase clicks and leads to providers' websites. Along with the new design, the following features have been introduced:
- An updated display of the services offered, showcasing an expanded list of 3 services to improve scannability for potential buyers.
- New Project Highlight feature to assist buyers in discovering service providers with relevant past projects. Project Highlights will automatically update to showcase the best-matched services based on the buyer's search criteria, featuring related and positively reviewed projects completed by providers.
- New AI-powered Intelligent Insights extracted from reviews to customize the directory experience for each individual buyer.
