What Is a Not Verified Review?
Reviews that are not Verified need more information to confirm the reviewer's identity or to prove that the project occurred.
Clutch’s team verifies each review to ensure no conflict of interest and that the project occurred. If we cannot verify the review, we will publish it as not Verified. Not Verified reviews mean:
- We could not verify the reviewer’s identity and/or work history.
- We could not verify the project or services provided.
Reviews not Verified do not affect the Service Provider’s Clutch score or rankings in directories.
