The Project & Client section, found under “Edit Profile” in your Vendor Dashboard, allows you to share key details about your business. This helps Clutch better identify client leads that align with your goals, project size preferences, and successful past engagements.
📌 Example: If you indicate that your ideal clients are companies with 500–2,000 employees, Clutch will aim to connect you with leads that fit within that company size range.
Define Your Ideal Client Preferences
The Ideal Client Profile section is a new feature within the Project & Client section, released in mid-2025.
This enhancement allows you to define the types of clients your business wants to work with the most. This section is not publicly displayed and is used behind the scenes to enhance how Clutch prioritizes your potential matches.
When completing this section, consider:

Past clients who were a great fit

What made those relationships successful

The position level of your primary contacts (e.g., Manager, Director, Executive)

Any other characteristics that describe your ideal client
Why It Matters
Setting your preferences in the Project & Client section gives you more control over the types of clients you're presented with. It streamlines lead matching and increases your likelihood of forming productive, long-term partnerships.
