What Is the Difference Between Review Verification and Profile Verification?
Review verification refers to our efforts to verify a reviewer’s identity and employment. Verification does not mean that we endorse the review in any way.
Verified Reviews
- A verified review indicates that we were able to verify the reviewer.
- A review that is not Verified indicates that we couldn’t verify some part of the reviewer’s identity (i.e., their place of employment), but we didn’t find anything pointing to a conflict of interest.

Verified Profiles
Profile verification refers to our efforts to aggregate research about a company's business registration, legal history, credit background, and client feedback. Profile verification highlights the company’s trustworthiness.
