Why Isn't My Online Review Published?
Online reviews will not be published if we find a conflict of interest, the review has insufficient content, or the reviewer or someone at their company has already submitted a review for the service provider.
There are several reasons why a review might not be published. These include:
- There is a conflict of interest
- The review is deemed insufficient content
- The reviewer or the reviewer's company has already submitted a review for the service provider
- There is not enough information to verify the reviewer or the project/service
- The review is fake or fraudulent
Please Note: Reviews submitted through our online review form will not be published automatically on the service provider's profile. At Clutch, we carefully verify each review, including creating unique summaries. Due to these steps, it may take up to 5 days for your online review to appear on the profile, depending on the current volume of review submissions.
