How will my clients be contacted after I submit them as a reference?

After submitting your reference, Clutch will send them an email requesting they leave a review. If the reference does not respond to our email, we will try to call them and remind them about the review.

Soon after you submit your client(s) as a reference, they will receive an email from one of our team members requesting that they leave a review for your company. If we are unable to connect with your client over email then our team will try and reach out over the phone to remind your client about their pending review. We will notify you if we are unable to connect with your client references. You can check the status of your references at any time by going to your vendor dashboard.
