The Audience tab is accessible to those with the Double Diamond sponsorship through the Vendor Dashboard.
The audience tab is included with your Double Diamond Sponsorship for no additional fee. You can get access to your Audience data for $500/month by purchasing through your vendor dashboard.
Step 1: Sign in to Clutch with your Profile Owner or Profile Manager(s) account.
If you do not have access to your profile, request access from your profile’s owner.
Step 2: Click on ‘Vendor Dashboard’.
The Profile owner and Profile Manager (s) can access the vendor dashboard, update profile information, add references, see advanced metrics, and audience.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Performance’ tab at the top of your dashboard.
The Performance tab displays performance per page metrics (click-throughs, profile views, and positions), current sponsorships, and options to enhance your click-throughs and profile views.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Audience’ tab.
The Audience tab is located right next to the Metrics tab. Once on the Audience tab, you’ll see a preview of the # of visitors that have visited your Clutch profile in the last 30, 60, and 90 days.
Step 5: Purchase Audience tab.
To view the company and contact information for the visitors to your Clutch profile, click the “purchase” or “upgrade” button. Please allow one business day for the purchase to take effect.
Step 6: Increase the number of visitors viewing your Clutch profile
Drive up the number of visitors that visit your profile by continuing to collect reviews from your clients.
Audience insights is included for all sponsors at the Double Diamond level and above. Otherwise, this information can be purchased at $500/month.
