How Am I Notified About New Messages?

You’ll receive email notifications about new messages from service providers.

All messages can be accessed through either your inbox or Clutch’s messaging center. 

We’ll send an email notification when a service provider responds to your message — you can click the “View Message” button in the email to open the conversation in Clutch’s messaging center or you can respond directly to their email. 

You can also view all open conversations by clicking on the message icon in the upper right corner of your screen when you are logged into your Clutch account.
