You’ll still receive Clutch Verified benefits, and you may take steps to improve your eligibility.

If your business does not qualify for a Verified or Premier Verified badge, no badge will display on your profile. However, companies that purchase Clutch Verified still retain access to exclusive features and priority service.

As a Clutch Verified customer, you continue to have access to:

  • White-glove review collection, including Clutch’s phone review process
  • Additional profile fields to highlight capabilities (e.g., a featured review)
  • Profile differentiation, removing companies with similar capabilities from your profile

How to Improve Eligibility


If you’ve already made improvements with CreditSafe, you can request that Clutch run an additional credit investigation.

  • This may require a one-time $85 charge for reprocessing.

Refund Option

If you are unable or do not wish to pursue credit improvements, you may request a partial refund within 30 days of notification.

  • Refunds are issued minus the $85 investigation fee, which covers the cost of the credit check.
