What Can I Do If I Disagree With the Review My Client Left?
If the review's overall rating is 3.5 stars or less, you have the option to submit a vendor response.
We allow service providers to respond to reviews that have an overall rating of 3.5 stars or less.
You have the option to submit a 'service provider response' explaining your perspective on the collaboration. The response may be edited by our team for sensitive or inappropriate information, and then it will be published underneath the original review.
Your response must be limited to 300 words. Please submit your response using this form.
For other discrepancies, email report@clutch.co. Please note that we very rarely delete reviews from our site, nor do we arbitrate disputes between service providers and clients.
