What Makes a Company Ineligible for Verification?
Bankruptcy, an inactive registration status, a negative credit report, fraudulent reviews, and not passing an open-source background check make companies ineligible for Verification.
A company is ineligible for Clutch Verification if any of the following apply:
- Recent Bankruptcy
- Inactive Registration Status
- Large outstanding debts not paid on time
- Fraudulent reviews
- Did not meet Clutch’s internal background check
- The company has a high risk score with less < 3 Verified Reviews
