Submitting client references through your Vendor Dashboard under the Reviews section helps keep our team up to date on the number of clients who want to leave a review for your profile.
For Clutch Verified, Sponsoring, or Featured Listing service providers, submitting references through the dashboard form ensures that a member of our Customer Operations team will contact your clients to conduct over-the-phone reviews. This process allows for tailored questions about your company and services, resulting in more detailed reviews while taking less of your client’s time.

How Will My Clients Be Contacted After I Submit Them as a Reference?
When you submit client references, Clutch will:
- Send your client an invitation email to leave a review.
- Send a reminder email if we haven’t received their review or a response.
You can check the status of your submitted references anytime in your Vendor Dashboard. Clutch will also notify you if we are unable to connect with your client.
