How Can I Track the Status of References and Reviews?
Your Vendor Dashboard provides updates on the current status of both your submitted references and recently added reviews.
Navigate to the “Reviews” section of your Vendor Dashboard using the menu on the left of the page — here, you’ll find two tabs to help you track the progress of both your reviews and references and a summary of your review activity.
Tracking Reference Status
Once your submit a reference, it will appear in in the “All References” tab and update as this client moves through the following stages of our outreach process:
- Reference Submitted - our team has not contacted your client yet
- Reference Contacted - Our team contacted your client and they may have already connected or scheduled a call to collect a review
- Interview Scheduled - Our team has scheduled an interview with your reference
- Interview Conducted - Our team collected your client’s feedback and your review is in processing
- Unable to Move Forward - Our team did not hear from your client, the client was unwilling to leave a review, or our team identified a potential conflict of interest and could not publish the review
- Review Published - We’ve successfully processed your client’s feedback and published it on your profile
If your client’s review was successfully published, you will be able to view it from the “All Reviews” tab.
Tracking Review Status
If one of your clients has left an online review or we’ve successfully collected feedback from one of your references, you’ll be able to track the review’s progress toward publication in the “All Reviews” tab.
You can also use this tab to view the full collection of your published reviews and their overall scores, and select your featured review. Find more information on featured reviews and qualifications here.
