How Do I See a Lead’s Contact Details?

You can see a lead’s contact details in the “Contact Information” section of your messaging center.

Navigate to your messaging center, then follow these steps to view a lead’s contact details:

  1. Open a message or a conversation in your inbox
  2. Use the icon on the upper right corner of the chat interface

From here, you’ll be able to find the lead’s email address and phone number.
