Can I cancel my annual commitment at any time?

No. Annual commitments require a minimum of 12 months before cancellation is possible. Your renewal date is visible in your Vendor Dashboard.

Failure to meet these terms may result in penalties affecting your profile’s access levels and visibility.

How can I request cancellation?

1. Draft a written cancellation request by email.
2. Send it to the email address in the top-right corner of your Vendor Dashboard.
3. Make sure your request is received at least five (5) business days before your renewal date.
   
   

Note: For annual commitments, the renewal date is 12 months from your initial start date.
