What Is the Difference Between References and Reviews?

References are the clients whose contact information you submit to begin the review process. Reviews refer to the collected feedback from references published on your Clutch profile.

Submit references via your Vendor Dashboard. Clutch will reach out using the contact information provided and prompt your client to share more about their experience working with you. Once we’ve collected their feedback, it will be verified and published as a new review on your Clutch profile.

You can track the status of your references as they move through each stage of the review collection process on on your Vendor Dashboard in the “Reviews” section under “All References”: https://clutch.co/vendor/dashboard
