What’s the Difference Between a Profile Owner and a Profile Manager?
Profile owners and managers both have access to make changes to your Clutch profile, but only owners are able to add or remove managers or delete existing payment methods.managers or deleting payment methods.
There are two levels of access to your company’s Clutch profile — a profile owner and a profile manager. Both profile owners and managers can make changes or update your Clutch profile, though there are a few key differences.
Profile Managers
Profile managers have the following capabilities:
- Access Vendor Dashboard
- Update or change profile information
- Add or modify payment methods
- Respond to messages via Clutch messaging center
Profile Owners
Profile owners share the same capabilities as managers, but with a few additional responsibilities:
- Receive email notifications for the company via contact email
- Manage access to the company’s Clutch profile by adding or removing profile managers
- Delete existing payment methods
