What Is the Difference Between the Online Review Form and Over The Phone Reviews?

Online reviews are collected through our standard form or through our AI-powered tool, Revvy. Over-the-phone reviews are brief but thorough conversations with a Clutch teammate, covering the same questions.

 

NOTE: Phone-based reviews are only available to clients of service providers with a Clutch Verified subscription or those using our Sponsoring or Featured Listing advertising products. 

Online Reviews

  • Online Form: Clients complete a  review form on Clutch that is customized to their project type after logging in with a LinkedIn account or company email.
  • Online Review or Revvy: Clients can also submit reviews through our standard form or our AI-powered chat flow. This quick, conversational option also requires logging in with a LinkedIn account or company email.

Over the Phone Reviews 

Eligible clients complete a 15–20 minute interview with a Clutch teammate, scheduled at their convenience.
