What Types of Questions Will I Be Asked When Leaving My Review?
When leaving a review on Clutch, you’ll be guided through questions about your company, the project’s scope, and your overall experience with the service provider.
Clutch reviews are structured around five main sections:
-
- Background: Details about your organization and your role.
- Challenge: The specific business need or challenge that led you to hire the provider.
- Solution: Information on the services provided, the makeup of the provider’s team, how you discovered the provider, and the dates and cost of the engagement (with the option to keep cost details confidential).
- Results: Insights into the project’s outcomes, project management feedback, areas for improvement, and advice for future clients.
- Ratings: Five questions rated on a half-increment, 5-star scale. These cover quality, scheduling, cost, willingness to refer (NPS), and an overall score (which is independent of the previous 4 ratings).
The exact questions may differ depending on your project type and whether your review is completed online or over the phone.
NOTE: Phone-based reviews are only available to clients of service providers with a Clutch Verified subscription or those using our Sponsoring or Featured Listing advertising products.
