Who Conducts Over-the-Phone Clutch Reviews?

Over-the-phone reviews are conducted by Clutch’s Customer Experience team.

NOTE: Phone-based reviews are only available to clients of service providers with a Clutch Verified subscription or those using our Sponsoring or Featured Listing advertising products. 

 

Over-the-phone review calls are typically conducted between 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST. Our team can usually collect your review in under 15 minutes and will already be familiar with the company you’re reviewing.

Alternative Options

If no calendar slots are available during your preferred time, or if you are not eligible for phone-based reviews, you can always leave an online review. Online reviews typically take 10–20 minutes, depending on the level of project detail you provide, and can also be completed by chatting with Revvy, our AI-powered review collection tool.
