Do I Have to Complete My Online Review Once I Start It?

No, you can start your review and come back to finish it later through the “My User Reviews” section of your Clutch profile.

After starting an online review, you have the option to “Save & Exit” — this allows you to save the responses you’ve provided and come back to finish the form later.

The review will not be submitted to our team for processing and publication until you have completed the required sections and clicked “Submit Review” at the end of the form. 

Locating Incomplete Reviews

Make sure you’re logged into Clutch and click the “Me” button in the top right of the screen, then select “My User Reviews” from the options menu — this will show you all of the reviews you’ve started.

Locate the incomplete review from this list, and click to open and add the rest of your feedback.

 If your review didn’t save correctly, unfortunately, you will need to start the review over.
