While our team has done our best to address the situation, we still encourage buyers to proceed with caution and use their best judgment when evaluating a service provider with a ‘Buyer Alert’ on their profile.

Before placing a Buyer Alert on a service provider’s profile, our team does a thorough investigation to: 

  1. Ensure the Buyer Alert is warranted
  2. Remove any existing content on the profile that violates our Terms of Service or Review Guidelines

Please note that any reviews or content remaining on a service provider’s profile after a ‘Buyer Alert’ has been issued will have been re-verified.
