What Are the Billing Terms for Sponsorship and Clutch Verified?

Both Sponsorship and Clutch Verified require a 12-month annual agreement, but billing cycles differ by product.

Minimum Commitment

  • Sponsorship and Clutch Verified both require a 12-month annual agreement.
  • Early cancellation is not available during the initial 12-month term.

Billing Cycles

  • Sponsorship
    • Billing begins upon placement of the sponsorship, not when payment is submitted.
    • Invoices are billed automatically on a month-to-month basis.

  • Clutch Verified
    • Billed for the full 12-month cost upfront in a single payment.

Making Changes to Your Purchase

  • You may upgrade your purchase within the initial 12 months, but you cannot downgrade or cancel before the term ends.
  • Upgrade costs are billed on a pro-rata basis until your next billing date.
  • After that, billing continues on the original schedule at the new subscription price.

Canceling a Subscription

  • After the initial 12-month term, you may cancel your Sponsorship or Clutch Verified subscription.
  • To cancel, contact your Account Manager no later than five (5) business days before your renewal date.
