Can I Add Multiple Locations to My Company's Profile?

Service Providers may add multiple locations to their profile, so long as they have implementation teams in each specified location.

How Can I Add Multiple Locations to My Clutch Profile?

If you operate in multiple locations, you can add each office to your Clutch profile.

Please note that Clutch validates the locations you add to your profile to ensure there's a full implementation team in each location.

You can add location to your profile within the “Locations” section of your profile. 

 


 

Clutch Location Guidelines 

To list a location on Clutch, providers must maintain an office space and/or employ individuals who can conduct business in-person with clients during standard business hours. 

For fully remote or distributed workforces, please refer to our validation methods.

Clutch regularly evaluates locations added to service provider profiles. For the best results with your Clutch profile: 

  • Represent your business accurately and consistently with how it is recognized in the real world, branding, & signage 
  • Provide accurate and complete address and contact information
  • Add locations to your profile only if you have the capacity to meet with clients in that location

 


 

How Does Clutch Validate Service Provider Locations? 

Clutch regularly reviews locations added to service provider profiles. We look at a variety of factors when determining a location for your Clutch profile. This includes:

  • Ensuring that your team size and presence are sufficient for the services delivered.
  • Verifying that your company has a permanent commercial space, which excludes virtual offices, hot desks, and P.O. boxes
  • Confirming that the details submitted on your Clutch profile is consistent with how your business is recognized in the real world, branding, and signage

You may be asked to provide additional information to validate locations on your profile. To maintain quality info, we may request multiple methods of location validation: 

  • Commercial office lease, utility bill, or tax documentation
    • Businesses operated out of residential addresses may submit utility documents with the service address and provider’s business name listed

If no office documentation is available, you may submit documentation for 3 or more employees based in the location. Suitable documents include: 

  • Payroll information that includes employee addresses
  • Work visas
  • Government-issued identification

To ensure the accuracy of provider profiles on Clutch, your business location may be re-evaluated at regular intervals. 

 


 

How Do My Locations Impact My Visibility on Clutch? 

Your approved locations on your Clutch profile enable you to be listed on location-specific directories. You will only be listed on location-specific directory pages where you have a permanent office with a full-service delivery team.
