What Can I Do If I Disagree With the Review My Client Left?
If the review's overall rating is 3 stars or less, you have the option to submit a vendor response.
For negative reviews, you can submit a 'vendor response' explaining your perspective. The response will be edited for clarity and length, and then it will be published underneath the original review. Please limit your response to 250 words and send it to email@example.com.
For other discrepancies, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we very rarely delete reviews from our site, nor do we arbitrate disputes between service providers and clients.
