What Should I Do If I Don’t Want to Pursue a Particular Project Brief?
Select X on the Project Brief and select a reason for passing on the project.
Keep your Project Inquiries organized by passing on Project Briefs you’re not interested in.
1. Click X in the upper right corner of a project
2. Select a reason for passing, or specify your own reason in “Others, please specify.”
3. Select “save”
The Project Brief now appears as “Archived.”
The prospect receives a message alerting them that you do not plan to proceed with the project.
Revisiting a Project Brief After Passing
You can respond to a Project Brief for up to 30 days after passing on it. During this time, the brief will appear in the Archived section of your Project Inquiries page. If you decide to move forward, you can re-engage directly from there.
After 30 days, the opportunity expires and cannot be reopened.
