How Is a Review's Overall Rating Calculated?
We ask five independent star-rating questions.
Clients are asked to rate each area on a 1–5 scale, and half-star increments are allowed.
The five rating categories are:
- Quality: The quality of the services and deliverables provided.
- Scheduling: The team's ability to meet deadlines.
- Cost: The value of the project compared with the cost of the project.
- NPS (Net Promoter Score): The client's willingness to recommend the service provider to others.
- Overall: The client’s overall experience with the partner. This rating reflects how the client feels the project went as a whole and is not an average of the previous four ratings.
