Who is automatically added to the chat from my company?

The sales email listed on your profile receives contact form submissions and chat notifications.

If the sales email replies to messages via email, then we also add the profile owner to the conversation so that they can see new messages when they log into Clutch.

If the sales email replies to messages via the chat interface, then we don’t add the profile owner to the conversations.

You cannot add other people from your company to the chat conversation at this time.
