# Who Can Use Pricing Estimates?

## Any service provider can publish pricing templates with no tier, subscription, or verification needed; for now, estimates surface only after a Project Brief.

Every service provider on Clutch can use Pricing Estimates. There is no tier, subscription or verification requirement to build and publish pricing templates.

However, at this stage, estimates only surface at the end of a Project Brief. Project Brief users consist of high-intent buyers who submitted a brief after browsing the Clutch website.
