NOTE: Phone-based reviews are only available to clients of service providers with a Clutch Verified subscription or those using our Sponsoring or Featured Listing advertising products.

The verification and editing process is typically completed within 2 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your client’s review has been published.

 

NOTE: The date displayed on a review reflects when the review call was conducted, not when the review was finalized or published.

Because Clutch validates and curates every review before publishing, this date may differ from when it appears live on your company’s profile.
