What If My Project Vary In Price?

Build a separate pricing template for each scope you price differently, so every range carries its own assumptions and matches the right Project Briefs.

Build a separate pricing template for each scope you price differently, so every range carries the assumptions that belong to it.

Most service providers do work with variable scopes, volume of deliverables and timelines. The only way to cover all types of projects is to create one template per project type.

For example, a $15,000 engagement and a $60,000 engagement should not share a template. Each should instead get its own range, based on its own assumptions, which will enable our engine to match each template with the right briefs coming in.

How many templates can i build?

As many as you need. There is no limit.

Should i use one wide range instead?

A wide range covering work you price differently tells a buyer less than two narrower templates do. Splitting the scope is more useful for both sides.

What happens when my prices change?

Edit the template. Your ranges should reflect what you charge now.
