Potential customers that find you through Clutch can use Clutch messaging to contact you about your services — you’ll receive an email notification from Clutch about their inquiry.
Your Clutch profile features a call to action that invites interested customers to send your company a message.
Once the contact form is submitted through Clutch messaging, you’ve received an email notification from Clutch and a new conversation will open in your account’s messaging center.
You’ll have the option to respond to the inquiry either directly via email or within Clutch’s chat interface.
