The number of reviews on your profile doesn't directly factor into your AI Visibility Score. However, reviews do influence how often your business gets pulled into AI-generated results, and that visibility is exactly what your score measures.

AI models tend to favor content that is recent, regularly updated, and rich with relevant detail. A steady stream of reviews signals to these models that your business is active and consistently delivering work, which makes it more likely your profile gets surfaced in AI-generated responses.

In that sense, review frequency matters more than review count. A company with 20 reviews posted over the last few months will typically have stronger visibility than one with 100 reviews that haven't been updated in a year.

Beyond frequency, the content of your reviews matters too. Reviews that mention specific services, industries, or outcomes give AI models more context to work with when matching your business to a user's query.
