Can Multiple Clients From the Same Company Leave a Review?
We typically only permit one review per client company.
If significant additional work is completed on a project or the relationship changes after the original review is published, the review can be updated, but a separate review will not be accepted.
For clients of larger, enterprise companies, we allow multiple reviews as long as each reviewer is from a different department or subsidiary and working on entirely different projects.
For service providers, please reach out to your Clutch Account Manager or reach our support team here if you have questions about how to submit client references so we can collect and verify client reviews for you.
