Is A Pricing Estimate A Guaranteed Price?
A Pricing Estimate is an indicative range, and final pricing still happens in your proposal after you speak with the buyer.
No. A Pricing Estimate is a range to provide buyers an idea of their project’s cost. As such, it is neither a contract nor an offer.
A buyer cannot accept, purchase or contract against an estimate. Final pricing happens where it always has: in the proposal you send after you have spoken to them.
If a buyer's project turns out to be broader than what your template assumes, the estimate does not bind you to that range. The assumptions attached to it are what define its scope.
