How Do I Create and Manage Shareable Case Studies?

You can create, customize, and edit Shareable Case Studies directly from the Marketing section of your Clutch dashboard.

Create a Case Study

  1. Log in to your Clutch account.
  2. Go to your Vendor Dashboard and open the Marketing Collateral section.
  3. Select Case Studies.
  4. Choose a verified review (from 2019 onward) to transform into a Shareable Case Study.
  5. Select a design style.

Customization Options: (provider exclusions apply)

      • Add a primary and secondary brand color
      • Choose page size (A4 or Letter)
      • Highlight up to three reviews to feature as case studies

NOTE: Only providers with a Clutch Verified subscription or those using our Sponsoring or Featured Listing advertising products can access these customization features.

If you don’t have a subscription or advertising products, default colors and sizing are available.


6.   Generate your case study and download it as a PDF.

 


Edit an Existing Case Study

Previously created case studies can be updated and re-downloaded at any time. Keeping them current ensures your materials reflect the latest projects and achievements.

  1. From the Marketing section of your dashboard, open Case Studies.
  2. Select the case study you want to edit.
  3. Adjust the colors or page size.
  4. Download the updated PDF.

NOTE: If your generated case study contains a typo, please email our team and we’ll correct it for you.

 


Review Limitations

Only certain reviews on your company profile can be developed into a case study. To qualify for a Shareable Case Study, a review must meet the following requirements:

    • Verified by Clutch
    • Published in 2019 or later

Only providers with Clutch Verified or advertising products can create unlimited case studies. All other providers are limited to 3 case studies.
