You can add Packaged Services as you create or update your Clutch Profile through your Vendor Dashboard.
Any company with a claimed profile on Clutch can add Packaged Services to their profile. Showing potential customers different ways you package and sell your services may help you attract more leads.
We encourage you to create a package for each of your service lines on Clutch. For example, if a company has allocated their services to 50% Web Design, 25% Web Development, and 25% Software Development, they can have a total of 3 packages visible on their profile.
Adding a Packaged Service
Here’s a step-by-step guide to add a Packaged Service to your Clutch profile:
Step 1: Log into Your Clutch Account
Access your Clutch Account from our homepage — clutch.co. Sign in using the button on the top right of your screen.
Step 2: Navigate to the Packages Section of Your Dashboard
Use the “Me” dropdown menu in the top right of your screen to access your dashboard.
Locate the “Profile” section of your dashboard and select “Packages.”
Step 3: Follow the Prompts to Add a Packaged Service
The following information is required to create a new Packaged Service:
- Title/name of your package
- Service your package is associated with
- Price type – is the cost of your package total or monthly?
- Cost of each of your tiers – small, medium, and large
- Features/services included by tier
- Additional options for descriptions, labels, or summaries to better explain your offering
We suggest popular features for a service line, but if you don’t see a feature or service you offer, you can add a customer feature by selecting “Add Custom Feature”. You’ll be prompted to name and describe your feature, then offered the option to specify if you want it displayed with a checkmark to indicate inclusion or a unique text value.
Step 4: Publish Your Package
Use the “Publish to Profile” button to add your new Packaged Service to your profile.
Once published, it will appear as a page associated with your Clutch profile. If you have multiple published packages, they appear on the “Packages” page associated with your Clutch profile — there is a navigational feature at the top of the page to make it easy to toggle between the different packages you offer.
Step 5: Connect with Customers
When potential customers select a package either from your profile or from a Package Directory, they can see package tiers, services, and pricing details. They also can navigate to other packages your company offers.
The main actions a potential customer can take from reviewing your Packaged Service are to contact you or visit your website.
