No. There is no per-lead pricing task. You will not be asked to price an incoming brief, and there is no queue of briefs waiting on a number from you. That’s where templates come in. You build templates once, in your Vendor Dashboard. From then on, when a buyer submits a Project Brief that matches a published template, the estimate is generated from what you already set up. That is what "real time" describes: the estimate is produced at the moment the buyer needs it, not work you do in real time.
