Does Clutch's Reviews Algorithm Take Review Recency Into Consideration?
Yes – we believe recent reviews provide better, more up-to-date information for buyers looking to hire service providers.
Our reviews algorithm changed in March 2019 so that reviews published to your company profile over the last 3 years are weighted more heavily than older reviews. If your company's last review is more than 3 years old, we urge you to submit new client references.
Newer reviews will help your company maintain its organic rank and visibility on Clutch. More importantly, recent reviews help potential customers better vet your company during the B2B buying process.
