You can gain access to your company’s Clutch profile using the “Claim Profile” button.
If no one from your company has logged into Clutch and claimed your company’s profile, a tag for “Unclaimed Profile” with a “Claim Profile” button will show at the bottom of the existing profile on our platform.
Steps to Claim Your Clutch Profile
- Click the “Claim Profile” button
- Choose your preferred login method out of the following options: Gmail account, LinkedIn account, or company email and password
- Complete the prompts in the form
If your email address matches the details Clutch has on record, you will receive an automatic email to verify your account and access your profile.
If your email address differs from the details of Clutch as on record, our team will work to verify your connection to the company before issuing the email invitation.
After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected to your Clutch account with access to make changes to your company profile.
Email invitations will expire 3 days after initial send.
Steps If Your Profile Has Already Been Claimed
If you do not see the “Claim Profile” button pictured above, it is likely that someone else from your company has already accessed your Clutch profile in the past.
If you know who your company’s profile owner is, you can request that they send you an invite to join the profile.
If you don’t know who your company’s profile owner is or your owner is having trouble sending an invite, you can contact our team to:
- Ask who has administrative access
- Request administrative access for a specific individual (please include the individual’s email address in the request)
