Invite the new profile owner to your company’s Clutch account as a profile manager, then reach out to our team requesting a transfer of ownership.
Only existing profile owners have the ability to transfer ownership of their company’s Clutch profile to another account. If your profile owner no longer works at your company and you need support gaining access, please contact our team for support.
Follow these steps to change profile ownership for your company’s Clutch account:
Step 1: Invite the New Owner to Join Your Company's Account
Open your Vendor Dashboard and navigate to the “Team Members” section from the menu on the left.
Follow the prompts to invite the new owner to join your company’s Clutch account as a profile manager.
Please send the invite to an email address associated with a LinkedIn or Google account or a company email address to adhere to our log-in guidelines.
Step 2: Confirm Acceptance of the Invitation
Your colleague will receive an invitation to join your company’s Clutch account within 10-15 minutes. This invitation will expire after 3 days — after that time passes, you will need to resend the invite through your Vendor Dashboard.
Once they follow the instructions in the email and authenticate their account through LinkedIn, Google, or their company email they will gain access to your company’s Clutch profile.
Step 3: Request Ownership Transfer
After your colleague has successfully accessed your Clutch profile through their account, you can submit your request to our support team to transfer ownership of your profile.
Fill out our Contact Us form. Please include the email for the new owner in your request.
