How Does Audience Data on Clutch Work?
Audience data can help you gain a deeper understanding of the audience your Clutch profile is reaching.
The Audience Tab in your Vendor Dashboard provides insights into the companies viewing your Clutch profile. These insights can help you:
- Understand your audience by seeing which types of companies are engaging with your profile
- Strengthen marketing campaigns through remarketing or email outreach
- Analyze competition by reviewing browsing behavior and interest areas
- Attribute leads back to your Clutch presence
Where Does Audience Data Come From?
Clutch partners with Clearbit to provide company-level information.
- Data is company-level only (not personal).
- All information is GDPR compliant.
Does Audience Data Show All My Profile Traffic?
No. On average, company information is available for 20–40% of your profile traffic.
Data is based on Clearbit’s ability to match IP addresses to company records. The remaining traffic cannot be identified at the company level.
Can I See Audience Data for Directory Visitors?
No. Audience data is currently available only for profiles, not for general directory visitors.
How Can I Cancel My Audience Tab?
You can cancel your Audience Tab subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.
- Navigate to your Audience Tab in the Vendor Dashboard.
- Click the Cancel button.
- You’ll continue to have access through the remainder of your paid period. Your plan will not renew automatically the following month.
