How Do I Access My Messages and Contact Forms?

You can find all inquiries and conversations initiated through Clutch contact forms in the “All Messages” tab of your Messaging Center.

Follow these steps to access all inquiries received through the Clutch Messaging Center:

  1. Click the messaging icon in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Select the “All Messages” tab

You can also access this view through this link: https://msg.clutch.co/all/.

From here, you can view all contact forms your company has received and any ongoing conversations. Your most recent messages will be displayed first.


I haven’t received any Clutch Messages in my email. How do I make sure I get these?

To ensure you receive all message notifications, update both of the following:

1. Update the Sales Email associated with your profile.
This is where we send all communications related to potential leads.
